Since 2014, the Office of International Linkages (OIL) under the Office of Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA) has been implementing the Continuous Operational and Outcomes-based Partnership for Excellence in Research and Academic Training Enhancement (COOPERATE) program for faculty and students.

UP Asian Center To Showcase Indian Culture In “Utsav: A Festival Of India”

The Asian Center, University of the Philippines Diliman, in cooperation of the Indian Embassy in the Philippines and the New Era University’s Foreign Service Department, will be holding Utsav: A Festival of India, an event that showcases various aspects of Indian culture and society, from dance traditions, culinary delicacies to music and Bollywood. The event is free and open to the public.

Funding Science and Technology in an Internationalized World

I am not an expert in education and research specific to the ASEAN region or the on-going effort to set a common framework for ASEAN educational integration and internationalization.
