Ang isang buwang pagdiriwang ng UP Diliman Month 2017 o Buwan ng UP Diliman ay ginabayan ng temang “Salaysayan: K’wentong Bayan, Kaalamang Bayan.”
Sa pagbubukas nito, nagkaroon ng mga kulturang pagtatanghal na nagpamalas ng mga k’wentong hinggil sa paglikha ng mundo. Kasabay nito ang pagpapasinaya ng “Sansinukob,” isang interactive-installation na eksibit tampok ang pitong (7) katangi-tanging obra ng mga bantog na manlilikha ng kasalukuyang panahon na sumisimbulo sa mga dakilang tapat lng sansinukob mula sa pananaw ng mga etnolingguwistikong grupo sa Pilipinas.

The Asian Center, University of the Philippines Diliman, in cooperation of the Indian Embassy in the Philippines and the New Era University’s Foreign Service Department, will be holding Utsav: A Festival of India, an event that showcases various aspects of Indian culture and society, from dance traditions, culinary delicacies to music and Bollywood. The event is free and open to the public.

Its development—only one in a set of tasks to be undertaken by the agency—is in preparation for the establishment of an ASEAN Community by 2015.
ASEAN 2015, as it is more commonly known, rose from ASEAN Vision 2020 proposed during the summit in 1997. The UP Alumni Association will host the next session of Kapihan ng Bayan sa U.P. on September 23, 2014, Tuesday, 3:00-5:00 PM, at the Salazar Hall of Ang Bahay ng Alumni, UP Diliman, Quezon City. As temperatures continue to rise by the day, the All UP Academic Employees Union (AUPAEU) launched a wellness program to beat the summer heat.
According to AUPAEU Diliman President Perlita Raña, this program is comprised of twelve sessions starting on April 21 until May 16, 2014 (Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays). Raña said that this wellness program was designed to promote a healthy and active lifestyle among the faculty, REPS, staff, students and the rest of the UP community.
